Return and Refund Policy

At EtchedWorks, every custom engraved or etched item is produced specifically for the customer. Because personalized products cannot normally be resold, the following policy applies to all custom orders.

Custom Products Are Final Sale

All personalized, engraved, etched, monogrammed, custom-designed, or made-to-order products are final sale once artwork has been approved or production has begun.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse

• Incorrect spelling, dates, names, wording, logos, or other information supplied by the customer

• Errors that appeared on an artwork proof that was approved by the customer

• Selecting the incorrect product, size, quantity, design, or personalization

• Minor variations in engraving, etching, placement, glass, bottle, material, or finish that are normal characteristics of custom production

• Orders that arrive after a customer's desired date when no written guaranteed
