Customize Your Award
Add a recipient name, award title, company or organization name, achievement message, date, logo, or custom artwork. High-resolution artwork is recommended; vector artwork is preferred when available.
Multiple Recipients & Corporate Orders
For team or organization orders, EtchedWorks can coordinate individual personalization. Excel or CSV files are preferred for larger recipient lists.
Artwork Proof & Approval
When applicable, EtchedWorks will prepare an artwork proof for your review before production. Please carefully review names, spelling, wording, logos, quantities, placement, and layout.
Once you approve it, we produce it.
Production Time
7–10 business days after final artwork approval.
Shipping/transit time is additional. Rush availability may vary. A requested delivery date is not guaranteed unless EtchedWorks confirms it in writing.
Custom Order Notice
Customized products are final sale after artwork approval or production begins. If your order arrives damaged or is materially different from the approved artwork because of an EtchedWorks production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
